Olympus HUB (“we”, “us”, the “app”) is an unofficial, non-commercial community tool for players of the Olympus server. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can have it removed. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord, OlympusGG, or Gameforge.

Information we collect

Account details. If you register with email and password, we store your name and email address. If you sign in with Discord, we store your Discord user ID, username, and avatar.
Game data you enter. The grinding sessions, box openings, item values and related notes you record in the app.
Technical data. Standard session cookies required to keep you logged in.

When you use Discord, we request only the identify scope (and guilds.members.read only if the app is configured to restrict access to a specific Discord server). We do not collect your Discord email, messages, friends, or the list of servers you are in. Your Discord access token is used once to verify server membership and is never stored.

How we use your information

To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
Optionally, to restrict access to members of the Olympus community Discord server.
To display your profile (name/avatar) and calculate your earnings statistics.
To show aggregated, de-identified community statistics across users.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Aggregated and de-identified gameplay statistics may be visible to other users of the app, but these are not linked to your identity.

Data retention and your choices

Disconnect Discord. From your profile settings you can disconnect Discord at any time, which removes your stored Discord ID, username and avatar while keeping your account.
Delete your account. From your profile settings you can permanently delete your account. This removes your account and any Discord data. The gameplay records you contributed are kept only in de-identified form (no longer linked to you) so community statistics remain accurate.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. The fastest way to delete your data is the “Delete account” action in your profile settings. For any other request, contact us using the details below.

Children

The app is intended for a general gaming audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
